A: We offer a 6 month guarantee for any defect. We will repair the issue, whatever it is, until you are happy. If we can't make you happy, we will start with a brand new wig! (We do not refund, though.)



Q: Am I obligated to purchase if you spent time cutting a wig on me?

A: No. We are offering a stress free experience, and it's really calming to have a wig cut on you without worrying how it will come out.



Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: You can stop by without one, but if you are a kallah, or need special attention, an appointment is a good idea.
